Managing & Motivating 8 Keys to Success

                * Have a positive impact on ATTITUDES in the workplace, starting with your own

                * Build RELATIONSHIPS with your team that will make a difference.  Do you realize

how important your personal relationship is?

                * Give CONSTRUCTIVE DISCIPLINE.  This is one area most leaders have the hardest

time with, yet it is critical to organizational success.

                * MOTIVATE and INSPIRE your staff without having to spend more money.  These tools

are universal, they cost little or nothing to use, and they pay big dividends in

                   improved performance.

                * COMMUNICATE more effectively under all situations.  This is the most important

skill for a leader to develop.  Learn the 3 styles of communication for a supervisor

or manager and which style you are.

                * PROBLEM SOLVING isn't just for managers and supervisors-how to motivate and

inspire your team to solve more of their own problems.

                * BUILDING TRUST-why organizations with high trust levels consistently outperform

those where there is little or no trust.
